Everything in our line was designed by our talented design team. Our pendants and findings are plated in either Rhode Island or Thailand. All of the jewelry is hand assembled in our offices in Boston and Colorado.

Care is taken to faithfully reproduce original materials where possible. We use genuine semi-precious stones, natural freshwater pearls and Austrian crystals. Most jewelry elements are composed of lead free, nickel free and cadmium free base metal plated with a nickel free 18k gold, antique gold, or silver finish. Some pieces are offered in sterling silver.

Most of our jewelry is only available in the size listed in the product description. We can supply you with a chain extender that does work for some of the jewelry. Please contact us for details.

Your  order will ship from our warehouse in Colorado 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Our standard for domestic shipping is USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days transit time). Expedited shipping options are available at check out. 

We do offer international shipping. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs

Our jewelry is either packaged in a black jewelry box or in a poly bag. Our jewelry comes with an information card about the jewelry's inspiration. Optional gift wrapping is available to purchase at an additional cost.

We accept returns for items purchased within 30 days. The item must be returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

We do not recommend getting your jewelry wet, please do not wear it for a prolonged time in water, especially swimming pools. We also recommend removing before exercise or using lotion, perfumes and/or hair products. The jewelry could be damaged from exposure to these items.

While we do use the highest quality material possible we recommend this jewelry for adults only.
